By placing an order, the customer confirms that they agree to these Terms.

The Seller reserves the right to modify website content without prior notice.

The Seller is not liable for temporary interruptions or unavailability of the website.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

The price valid at the time of order confirmation is binding.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors.

5. Payment methods

Payments may be made using:

Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)

cash on delivery

bank transfer (proforma invoice)

6. Contract conclusion

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives order confirmation via email.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by:

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within the EU.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The product must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Withdrawal is not possible for:

opened sealed cosmetic products,

products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

9. Defective goods

Consumers may exercise rights related to non-conforming goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

10. B2B customers

Consumer protection provisions apply only to consumers (B2C) and do not apply to business customers (B2B).

11. Intellectual property

All website content is the property of the Seller and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
