DELIVERY

All products are shipped from Slovenia via GLS.

Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–5 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

If you choose personal pickup, it must be arranged in advance by calling +386 70 223 088.

Damaged shipment

If the package is damaged upon delivery:

refuse the shipment or request a damage report,

notify us within 48 hours,

provide photos of the packaging and the product.

Damage claims cannot be submitted after 48 hours from delivery.
