RETURNS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods, without providing a reason.

Withdrawal notice must be sent to:

Products must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notice.

Return conditions:

- unused,

- unopened (for sealed cosmetic products),

- in original packaging,

- undamaged.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Cash-on-delivery return parcels are not accepted.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.

Withdrawal does not apply to business (B2B) purchases.
